Your ceremony can be shaped around everything that makes you, you.
Some couples want a ceremony that goes beyond the usual wedding structure. The people, places, stories and little details that matter to you can all have a place.
Your story at the centre
The way you met, the life you've built and the things you've discovered along the way can become part of a ceremony that feels recognisably yours.
Your people included
Family, friends, children and even pets can be part of the ceremony in ways that feel natural rather than simply following a traditional running order.
Your own way of doing it
Whether it's at home, somewhere you've always loved or a wedding venue, the ceremony can be built around what feels meaningful to you rather than what you're expected to do.
A ceremony shaped around the people, stories and details that make you yours.
Personal ceremonies leave more room to do things your own way. Eliza works with you to turn the people, places, traditions and little details that matter into a ceremony that couldn't belong to anyone else.

MAKE IT YOURS
A ceremony that sounds like you.
Your ceremony should feel like a reflection of your relationship, not a collection of words chosen because they happen to be traditional. Here are a few things couples often consider when creating something personal.
01
How personal can our ceremony be?
Your ceremony can be as personal as you’d like it to be. I write each ceremony around your relationship, your story and the things that matter to you, rather than starting with a standard script. We can include stories, your own words, readings, music, rituals or other details that feel meaningful to you.
02
How do you get to know our story?
We spend time talking about you, your relationship and the life you’ve built together. I’ll ask questions about how you met, what you love about each other, the moments that have shaped your relationship and what you want your ceremony to feel like. Those conversations give me the detail and personality I need to write something that genuinely sounds like you.
03
Can we write our own vows?
Absolutely. Your vows can be completely your own, and I can help you work out what you want to say and how you want to say it. If writing your own vows feels daunting, I can also give you guidance and ideas without making them sound like someone else’s words.
04
What can we include in the ceremony?
There are plenty of ways to make a ceremony your own. You might include personal stories, readings, music, family or friends, cultural or symbolic rituals, your own vows or a particular moment that has meaning to you. We’ll choose what fits your relationship rather than adding things simply because they are expected.
05
How much help do we get deciding what to say?
As much as you need. You don’t need to arrive with your vows, readings or ceremony structure already worked out. I’ll guide you through the process, suggest ideas where helpful and help shape the ceremony so it feels natural, meaningful and comfortable for you both.
Not sure how personal you want your ceremony to be yet? That’s completely fine. We can talk through what you’re imagining and work out what feels right for you.
Want to talk through your ceremony?
If you have questions about fees, your ceremony ideas or whether we're the right fit, I'd love to hear from you.
