Personalised ceremony
A ceremony created around you, including your vows, ring ceremony and any other elements you'd like to include. I'll even frame your vows.
Pre-wedding support
A talk-through rehearsal before the big day, at your venue if required, so everyone knows what to expect and feels comfortable.
On-the-day support
I'll arrive early and stay until you leave, helping things run smoothly and supporting you through the unexpected as well as the planned moments.
Professional equipment
A professional portable PA system and microphone for your ceremony, including ceremony music if you're not having live musicians.
Legal paperwork
I'll take care of the required legal paperwork, including lodging and submitting the documents and registering your marriage.
Commemorative certificate
A commemorative marriage certificate presented to you on your wedding day as a keepsake of the ceremony.
Official marriage certificate
If required, I can apply for the Official Marriage Certificate, including any name change requests, which will be sent directly to you. This is an additional fee.
Post-ceremony follow-up
I'll check in with you after your ceremony to make sure everything went perfectly and help with any further questions or needs.

Are there any additional celebrant fees not listed here?
The fee covers all of the celebrant services outlined above. There are no hidden or additional charges. The Official Marriage Certificate is an optional additional cost if you require one.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment via bank transfer or cash. Payment details will be provided upon booking when your invoice is issued. The fee is paid in two separate payments.
Is the booking fee refundable if we cancel our ceremony?
The booking fee is non-refundable as it secures your date and covers the initial administrative costs.
Can we customise the service to suit our ceremony?
Absolutely. The services package is flexible and can be tailored to your requirements. You can have as much or as little as you'd like in your ceremony.
What happens if our wedding date changes after booking?
Please let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
Is there a time limit on contacting you before the wedding?
No. There's no time limit. You can contact me as often as needed throughout your wedding planning journey and in the lead-up to your ceremony.
Can we meet with you before making a booking?
Yes. I encourage an initial obligation-free meeting to discuss your ceremony ideas and make sure we're a good fit. There's no pressure to book.
What areas do you service for wedding ceremonies?
I primarily service the Northern Beaches and North Shore of Sydney, but I also love travelling to other locations. Please get in touch to discuss travel requirements and any associated costs outside these areas.
How early should we book your services?
It's best to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date. I can have bookings up to two years in advance, and popular dates can fill quickly. Booking early also gives us plenty of time to plan your ceremony together without unnecessary stress.
What happens if you are unable to do our wedding?
I always endeavour to be at your ceremony. However, should something unexpected happen, I'll assist in finding a suitable replacement from a network of local recommended celebrants.
