Celebrant Fees
I’d love to provide my services to you both to create a ceremony that is perfect. With my 10 years of experience, I only believe in set celebrant fees, including:
- A booking fee is due after booking your date with me to secure your booking.
- The final balance can be paid one week before your ceremony.
- My services are a set fee for all of my celebrant inclusions (for as much or as little as you’d like to have in your ceremony).
Here’s what’s included in my fees:
- Unlimited Contact: Stay in touch throughout your wedding journey for any questions or guidance you need.
- Comprehensive Planning Guide: Benefit from plenty of ideas (no need to think) with hints and tips to help you prepare for your special day.
- Personalised Ceremony: Enjoy a ceremony tailored exactly to your preferences, including vow cards, ring ceremony or any other elements you wish. (I’ll even frame your vows!)
- Pre-wedding Support/Rehearsal: A “talk-through” rehearsal before the big day, held at the venue if required, to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
- On-the-Day Support: I’ll be there early and stay until you leave, providing support and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Professional Equipment: Utilise my professional PA system and microphone (both portable) for audio during your ceremony. We can even play your ceremony music if you’re not having live musicians at no extra cost.
- Legal Paperwork: Relax knowing that all legal paperwork will be lodged, submitted, and your marriage registered by me.
- Commemorative Certificate: Receive a commemorative marriage certificate presented on your wedding day.
- Official Marriage Certificate Submission (for name changing): If required, I can apply for the Official Marriage Certificate, including any name change requests, which will be sent directly to you. (This is an additional fee.)
- Post-Ceremony Follow-Up: Expect a follow-up with me after your ceremony to ensure everything went perfectly and address any further needs or questions.
The ideal ceremony for me would be fun, modern, stress-free, and suit your style. I like to establish a rapport with others involved in the ceremony, including parents, family, friends, and also the suppliers, including the venue. I love going above and beyond with little extras, making everything run smoothly (even with unforeseen circumstances) and being there to support you every step of the way to becoming a married couple.

Are there any additional celebrant fees not listed here?
The fees listed cover all the services outlined. There are no hidden or additional charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment via bank transfer or cash. Payment details will be provided upon booking when provided with an invoice to make two separate payments.
Is the booking fee refundable if we cancel our ceremony?
The booking fee is non-refundable as it secures your date and covers initial administrative costs.
Can we customise the service package to suit our specific needs?
Yes, absolutely and that’s what I’m here for! The services package listed here is flexible and can be tailored to meet your requirements.
What happens if our wedding date changes after booking?
If your wedding date changes, please inform me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
Is there a time limit on how long we can contact you for assistance before the wedding?
No, there’s no time limit. You can contact me as often as needed throughout your wedding planning journey and in the lead up, I’m all yours!
Can we meet with you before making a booking?
Yes, I encourage an initial (obligation-free) meeting to discuss your ceremony ideas and ensure we’re a good fit. This meeting has no pressure and can help you decide before committing.
What areas do you service for wedding ceremonies?
I primarily service the Northern Beaches and North Shore of Sydney, but I do love to travel to other locations too. Please reach out to discuss any travel requirements and associated costs outside of these areas.
How early should we book your services?
It’s best to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date and often I have bookings up to 2 years in advance. If your wedding is in February, March or April then September, October and November these are always my most popular months. Popular dates can fill up quickly with multiple inquiries per day and I try to only do one wedding a weekend. Booking early ensures availability and ample time for planning with me without any stress.
What happens if you are unable to do our wedding?
Of course I always endeavour to be at your ceremony but should something happen to me I will assist in finding a suitable replacement from a list of local recommended celebrants in my network.
